24Black, formerly known as Mercenaries, is composed of rhythm guitarist/lead vocalist Harout Ichlokmanian, drummer Hovannes Donelyan, bass guitarist Sako Dovlatyan, and lead guitarist Michael Solis.

All in their 20’s and native Angelenos with similar musical interests, the band formed five years ago and is evolving rapidly in the L.A. rock scene. Their musical style can be described as heavy, melodic and ethnic with strong classical influences ranging from Pink Floyd to Metallica and Tool.

Originally the band released one album and one five song demo under the name Mercenaries. The band is currently recording a new album for the first time as 24BLACK.
